30-Day Return/Reject Period
At Cars For Sale, we offer a generous 30-day return/rejection period, commencing from the day you receive your purchased item, irrespective of the time of day. Within this duration, you have the freedom to inspect the item and initiate a return or exchange for any reason, and no questions will be asked.
To proceed with a return or exchange, please notify us before 17:00 GMT on the 30th calendar day after you receive your item; we consider the date of purchase as day 0. Kindly send your request via email. For the purpose of initiating a repurchase, the vehicles should be present on the buyer’s premises, and the payment must be processed within that territory. We guarantee to repurchase the vehicle from the customer at 100% of the original purchase price. It’s important to note that, during this period, everything is covered by insurance, except in cases where the customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the event of an accident.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT A REFUND IF THE ASSET HAS BEEN:
- Modified
- Involved in an accident or damaged
- Altered from its original delivered state
- Used as collateral for a loan, also known as encumbrance
If the item doesn’t exhibit any of the above issues, a refund can be processed within 30 days. Refunds are typically processed promptly, but it may take 1 to 3 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
In the event of a return, the return shipping will be provided free of charge.
